The title here references the movie “Kiss of the Spider Woman” (Don’t ask me why; I saw it years ago and it left an impression) and the TV show “The Walking Dead.” Being in a narcissistic relationship is being entrapped in a web of abuse. In the end you feel like an emotional zombie, numb and dead inside. Once you begin to break free you realize you’re wounded, yes—but definitely not dead!
